You could also contact Selcuk Bayraktar/Teknofest. I think they'd listen to you and maybe work together.

I would suggest that you'd pitch your ideas/inventions at least. If not TAI then maybe SSB. You don't have to apply for a position if you're self-taught but you may get financial support to do an indepenent research project. You never know! It might work but you have to try at least.
