Yes they certainly can be, if the turbojet (i.e effectively the gas turbine "core") is axial compressor type. Turbojet/core seeks to output its power fully in the form of jet exhaust. Essentially all of the variants....be it turbofan, turboprop or turboshaft look to "gear" what this core...

Yes Barak-ER is commited platform for project-15B (vizag class) destroyer already...so it would include newest version here. Backworking into existing deployed Barak platforms (all other relevant warship classes) should not be difficult either... since diameter form is consistent or smaller...

Yes more or less that is the conclusion we reached here....there will be some level of feasibility study w.r.t Hurjet and Anadolu....but basically Turkish Navy is not interested to make such modification to the ship to handle it (since Hurjet is non STOVL and anadolu has STOVL baked in expecting...

Covid though has shown supply chain vulnerabilities we still have. There is critical inputs still being imported from places like China and even US/West that caused disruption in our production assurance. Indian pharma needs to backwork as far as possible to have as much robust supply chain...

Honestly wish Canada just ordered these from UK shipyard, it would saved us (taxpayer) lot of money. We are paying real arm and a leg (even more than I originally anticipated) to keep things "local".
