This is up to companies who want to invest. I don't think these countries are not allowing others to make investment. For example, if it was profitable for Ford to open a factory in France, we would see it.

For this issue, I am open to elective courses if there is enough numbers in the schools. Or private school that are fully in another language as there is French or German schools. For Kurdish courses, private courses are opened but as therewere not enough demand, they were all closed afaik. I...
