Well, no. TAI CEO explicitly stated total internal payload capacity of KAAN would be 10t, compared to 9.5t of F-22. Which seems reasonable given it's size. From that, at least 1000-1200kg would be for internal weapons. I mean it would be ludacris to assume KAAN won't be able to carry at least 4...

If you are expecting to see flame out of the nozzle you ain't gonna see one. Also, even after jet engine starts immediately, it takes few seconds to generate sufficient thrust to keep the missile aflot. So, It will naturally drop some altitude after booster separation.

That is actually true. But it helps in high-high-low flight profiles, as well as to avoid detection at ranges by enemy airborne assets.
