Could rafale lauch without catapult?

Your post, Is that a "bocoran" or opinion? Few years ago I was thinking Typhoon was kind of "ketinggalan jaman" compared to Rafale. No aesa, no multirole capability, etc. But seems like they already catching up with newer tranche. We have to wait longer with brand new typhoon though.

Is there any other slot to give to super flanker? (If we get 36 Rafale and 15 typhoon) If buying rafale, typhoon, aew, poseidon, other US stuf cost us an arm and legs how we can pursue super flanker?

We don’t buy new US fighter, How we can negotiate for waiver? And 36 rafale plus 15 typhoon already fill all our slot for new fighter.
