There will always be talibuddies who will engage in whataboutism to justify the Taliban treatment. Laughable as it is, such ideas do have a constituency.
All constitutions should ideally be secular. It takes generations for society to change and leave behind its prejudice and hate but a stroke of a pen in the Constitution can point us in the right direction.
