Xinjiang cotton boycott: Over 40 Chinese entertainment celebrities from mainland China, Taiwan and Hong kong terminate contracts with H&M, Nike and Ad

I don't think it's the only society that thinks that way. Many closed societies with little respect or understanding of personal freedoms are pretty much in the same boat. Xinjiang cotton boycott: Over 40 Chinese entertainment celebrities from mainland China, Taiwan and Hong kong terminate contracts with H&M, Nike and Ad

In the democratic, civilized world this is known as individual choice. We don't have to agree on everything and that's fine. I know this might be difficult for someone from a communist nation to comprehend but give it a shot.

This is the first mention of India in this thread. This is the lie you stated. In the civilized, democratic world this is called whataboutism https://dictionary.cambridge.org/dictionary/english/whataboutism Now shed your India centric obsession and learn to defend criticism

We will as soon as the 100,000 Chinese refugees return home to China. By the way, why do you keep posting multiple articles and videos about how good China is, if you don't like others criticizing or laughing at your absurd Communist propaganda?

Lol. I am talking about the press freedom index. https://rsf.org/en/ranking China ranks 177/180 China should aspire to catch up with Equatorial Guinea first before it even begins to compare itself to actual democracies.

Xinjiang cotton boycott: Over 40 Chinese entertainment celebrities from mainland China, Taiwan and Hong kong terminate contracts with H&M, Nike and Ad

As I said, to the democratic world they are Chinese refugees. Whether a brutal regime considers those who escaped its clutches to be refugees or not is not even a consideration.

Xinjiang cotton boycott: Over 40 Chinese entertainment celebrities from mainland China, Taiwan and Hong kong terminate contracts with H&M, Nike and Ad

My concern is for all people living under brutal regimes who don't have democracy - China is just one of them, along with North Korea, Mauritania and other countries in that category.

Maybe that's the narrative in Communist regimes. In the democratic world, they are Chinese refugees.

Xinjiang cotton boycott: Over 40 Chinese entertainment celebrities from mainland China, Taiwan and Hong kong terminate contracts with H&M, Nike and Ad

Our obsession with China stems from the 100,000 Chinese refugees who have sought refuge in India. Once China stops its atrocities and the Chinese refugees return back home, our obsession with China will end
