I think this is not the right way to look at it. I still think Rafale is better than any single seater out there. Or at least not inferior. Having few less TRMs on the aperture doesn’t create any significant disadvantage against other 4.5th fighters.

Well, India media explicitly reported crash of 3 Indian jets citing local government official. Let’s wait and see. Also footage so far indicates three likely losses. ( presumably Loosing 1x M2K, 1x Mig29 and 1x SU 30)

Crash locations from what I read (from other places) are too deep inside India. It is unlikely PAF would try to penetrate Indian airspace while being on the defensive tonight. Any PAF jet shot down would either be in Pak territory or atleast close to Pak Border. (One image shows wrackage of MICA...
