That karya anak bangsa sticker I am afraid is for launcher that will be produced by private owned company here in cooperation with foreign company. I believe it is only assembling. Dahana (state owned) platform is different. The program is exist since quite long ago.

The main point is Delimajaya is only a karoseri company, making body part of bus, they dont have capability to make the electronic system. This project belongs to Dahana and possibly they are cooperating with other institution like ITB or others (LAPAN) R-Han is unguided of course

Delimajaya is only the body. The electronic system is developed by Dahana ( and probably other consortium that has that capability ). Delimajaya is only a karoseri (making bus body) company.
