It most certainly isnt. On another Note Nawaz sharif is revealing secrets whilst sitting outside like us reverse engineering the tomahawk (Tomhank missile according to him) to produce Babur Cruise missile program.

Form E-1 and Form E-3 i believe. Form E is for naturalization. The E1 and E3 concern the events for post 1971 concerning the areas that used to be East Pakistan
History and Culture are subjects that i have loved since childhood. I started studying the political sphere when i was in my teens and i started studying law about 4 years ago. So history and culture as my old love and i know about those channels as well as others. You normally see me talking...
Kavaan The Elephant Wins A Chance At Life As Ministry Of Climate Change Loses Out In Court
he Ministry of Climate Change (MoCC) has finally lost the initiative. Some days ago, its spokesperson told a media outlet that transporting Kavaan, the only Asian elephant in Pakistan and the loneliest...
Helps with the Goodwill as well as being the 2nd largest refugee nation and lets not forget Afghanistan and repatriation..
That doesnt answer my question though. :P
What solution would you say is the most feasible of the lot in your opinion?
Well its a question we keep on 'Deferred' but i get the feeling that the situation needs a solution and fast and we habitually sit on a problem before it blows up.
I pointed to the case laws and legal limitations on how naturalization cannot be done to Afghans. As i said, if they want citizenship and if their supporters want citizenship then they will have to bring forth changes as the current laws do not support it.
Also if the people who moved from one sovereign state to another want a solution for their plight then they should stop using the argument of 1947 and focus on stronger arguments for their case.
Listening. implementation of laws and policy. If the Executive makes sure that the system is not tightened nor allowed then the system will fall apart and you will have such disappearances and then through corruption and weak executive structure, allotment of ID cards., We saw the same happen in...

This is what i wrote in 2018. It should have you understand the entire legal laws on it.
INTRODUCTION
The premier Imran Khan on his first visit to Karachi...
His political statement required a legal solution and the issue is very much legal as well. I am not ignoring the political facets of this issue but i am highlighting the legal facets of this issue because they are the ones that dont get any light on them. Nobody talks about the Supreme Court...
the legalities are the last shield and sword left in this country to make sure this 'Homeland for Muslims' becomes 'Homeland for us'. Wouldnt stating the citizenship of 1951 to all citizens was a natural process of a new state and not an obligation that Pakistan must undertake every time...
latter. He turned even his best supporters against him when he announced it and the end result was that he had to backtrack leaving everybody fuming. Everybody. Those that supported his move due to his backtrack and those that opposed his move due to him suggesting such.
Well its a problem and he most likely found the easier but long term messier solution of adding 3 million people to the country rather than take the concentrated effort to repatriate them. It could be political as well since doing such would allow PTI to break into the PKMAP vote bank and lastly...
Absolutely not. The argument i place is that the law that governed the transition of the Citizens of subcontinent was different to the law that governs Afghans and when supporters of Afghan refugee citizenship make this argument or even afghans themselves, i see them shooting themselves in the...
On Afghan issue i have already written alot on it and the need for amendments whether it is to accommodate the Afghans or to remove them
https://nayadaur.tv/2020/04/dr-saleemas-heroic-fight-against-covid-19-revives-the-afghan-refugees-citizenship-debate/...
Ofcourse. Amending the law is very much within the power of the Parliament to do so and they can if they wish to by amending Section 3 and adding Afghan refugee being born in Pakistan and Imran did announce that but it opened a can of worms and the government that was allied to PTI declared it a...
1947- Refugee status or Migrant status
One of the most interesting legal question that is heard whenever the advocacy for Afghan Refugee citizenship comes is
