I expect the Advanced UAV project to be developed together with Ukraine's Antonov. Goksungur is different project to my knowledge.

The Talarion is developed with aim of 340 kn maximum speed. Similar designs with that type of propulsion also hover around that speed. I expect Goksungur to have a slightly different design to what we are used to see from TAI and the most recognizable MALE/HALE UAVs.
