Yeah there is coconut (which is in the palm family) tree and also regular palm tree.
The latter is more suitable for plantations to make large quantities of oil etc. Thats the one you find in abundance grown in Indonesia and Malaysia.
Coconuts you can have groves/orchards too and you can make...

Well lobbies naturally orient themselves quite quickly to soft power centres of the host nation. This goes for all stripes of lobbies in the US, you will find local chapters in LA and NYC as the basic minimum.

I think thats an ok compromise to debate other things there...
It is basically a halt in export permit while the investigation is ongoing etc....enough pressure was applied to get that (ARM lobby + NDP)...but its not a conclusion of investigation itself (which continues)...who knows how long that goes, probably however long the conflict will end up being...

In my estimation regarding NATO/West....there are only 2 reliable partners (US, France) to give you the tech reliably...
Yup I gave warning on it last few days, the Armenian lobby is quite strong in Canada (probably 3rd strongest after US and France)...and also NDP party (which always take up these issues the most to virtue signal) is significant power control w.r.t liberal minority govt right now.
