As of july 2020 58 KC-10 were still in service within the USAF. The Dutch AF also operated 2 KC-10. One is still in service. :D They are being replaced by 2 A330 MRTT to be owned by NATO as part of the Multinational Multi-Role Tanker Transport Fleet.
