I think a confrontation at this point will mean the full crippling of the SAA which I dont think was in the interest of the TSK because of the PKK in the NE but if there is no other way from stopping them then this will be the solution.
They will form that army because there is no other option, the Russians wont stand idle if they have the opportunity to annex former territories so the euros need a back up plan, that back up plan will fail because as soon as the Russians make a move that eu army will crumble.
