This is the correct data. The 20+km range version of the info tag belongs to Hisar-O, not the Hisar-O+. 25+km range and 15km+ altitude can be translated to 40+km range and 10+km altitude.

BTW 64x VLS for a 3600t frigate is an overkill. 16x Atmaca, 12x4=48x Hisar-D RF, 20x1= 20x Siper for a total of 32x cells is more than enough. That frigate will also have Levent or Göksur missie CIWS and Gökdeniz CIWS.
