Getting a serious madokafc vibe from this one :P

Yah but this was common theme. The war was essentially lost in Midway, no way around that....rest was just stretching out the inevitable. The amount of investment in capital and trained crews gone in one fell swoop in Midway is pretty incomprehensible, I don't think its ever been repeated in...

The author is pretty short on details concerning what developing a naval nuclear powerplant (especially a miniaturised one) entails (w.r.t even an established nuclear energy + research sector which Turkiye is some way away from having on its shores). To me, it looks very much like Turkiye is...

Yeah overall I agree. Flicking through the last few pages of convo just now, if I was in Turkiye's position, I would concentrate on the exact mission sets (current and future) and likeliest domain space(s) for up to 2030, 2040 and 2050. Rather than worry about terminology like "blue water" and...

Generally fractured canopy advantages prevail in the argument when the aircraft has V/STOL capability given the higher chance of zero-zero type ejections happening (the Harrier is most notable study of it during its development and early deployment phase) than with conventional take-off + land...

Turkiye is making progress with gokturk series and now imece. Development of a secure indigenous scalable bus is likely taking shape. It was by doing this as early as possible that India was able to then keep in touch with sensor module advancement (that you have illustrated with CARTOSAT...

pre world wars, Germans were even more chill: The comment section doesn't disappoint lol: French and British colonial songs: Our army is the strongest, we f up everything that stands in our way German colonial songs: I fell in love with a girl but she isnt interested An F for the dude that...

NASM will have follow up longer range variants from current short range version for general AShM portfolio from India. Air launched and longer range brahmos etc wont be offered internationally for quite some time as these have larger demand within India first that will take up their production...

montemayor is back, after hiatus of about 1 year.... Arguably his largest claim to fame is "Midway from a Japanese perspective" series which pt 1 now has a whopping (well deserved) 16 million views or so... @Gary @Madokafc @Anmdt et al.

@Gessler @TR_123456 @Rodeo @fire starter @Zapper et al. Some more footage released:

https://theprint.in/india/indian-rafales-to-take-part-in-french-multinational-exercise-orion/1505490/ New Delhi [India], April 7 (ANI): In a first, Indian Rafale combat aircraft are likely to participate in a multinational wargame codenamed Orion which is being hosted by France involving many...

That timeline was mentioned by some defence circles/enthusiasts (some were also skeptical)....but I felt it was always a bit pie in the sky since I didn't hear anything officially to back it all up....and considering how late India really started the AMCA project to begin with....and the scale...

You can tag him there in that thread if you want to continue on any specifics. I'll keep this here since the convo originated here and the backdrop is PRC anyway. Look, for most part I agree with you.... India would have long made overtures officially to Nepal and Bhutan if it was to then...

Its just an idle musing in the end....internet is full of it. I have not seen this idea being brought up in any even nominal capacity as our interests with BD are to grow economic integration in this area first and foremost without rocking BD political boat too much (unfortunately BJP is quite...

It is a 1 year old interview but it contains several pertinent points @Rodeo et al: 23.30 mark, breaks down the space business pie into launch(3%) , sat manufacture (7%) and app (~ 90% implied) The previous parts of this interview also talk about the earlier stuff you were enquiring w.r.t...
