I don't know the level of partnership on JF17 between Pakistan and China, but as you pointed out it's easier to integrate guided munition. But would Pakistan have a Partnership that gave access to source codes ?
Does it says anything on whether the JF17A (A For Azerbaycan) comes with Turkish avionics of any kind, or can use Turkish munitions ? Could the high price be related to such ? Like source codes ?
Bigger doesn't mean you'll win automatically. There are many more factors here. An internal enemy is and has always been the biggest threat. Our enemies just need to be able to hit us where it cripples us and let the internal enemy do the hurt.
I'm for Türkiye financing 24 JF17 and having them...

Denmark is sending F16, helicopters and a frigate to Greenland, increasing presence and such.
In short TUAF is cornered and wants to prevent any leakage of how bad the situation is.
Anyone thinks they'd give a damn if they had replaced all the F-4 and F16 with new ones less than 20 years old ?
Fishnets and similar low level hindrances could be used to prevent any attack. Especially if you consider the terrorists who'd be financed and provided with means to attempt an attack
Naah, Why would they recognize it. They can squeeze us and EU for more gains by prolonging it. Libyas GNU did recognize it, so atm it's still Libyas public standing. Until Libya has reconciled and united any "secondary recognition" is just playing the waiting game
How often does this kind of border crossing occur ? Seems like it's really difficult to tell where the borders are.
Building roads could be a way to mark the borders or something like a road at more difficult accessible places.
I don't recall Türkiye having any arms embargo to any country. Or laws prohibiting export. Maybe with the exception of Armenia.
But MKE somehow didn't like what Assan was doing ?
We need more information.
Too many people from gaddafis time present. Not much has changed. Russia has relocated from Syria to Libya, so hope nothing bad happens. Tripoli won't have manpower to survive another war
Like I said a few pages back. Engine sale is not approved by Senate for Hürjet yet. So you got max 20 Hürjet or so from the prototype sale that could be done without Senate approval.
I don't believe in that political speech either. We don't have that kind of money to spend, and doubt they'll materialize more than 10-15% of that.
I mean we already have atak, he going to include what we already have in the inventory ?
Let's see what happens. But I would prefer 100% inhouse production within our borders. But maybe we don't enough factory and production facilities for that. Any form of treatment of raw materials renders it treated. Turning scrap iron into ingot is also treatment and not raw material. I agree...
The dumb shit says that we're going for the most competitive price in the article. Well, we know who is going to dump the price to get it. China or Russia. And you know what's going to happen that way.
