NATO is getting ready to send hundreds of these Scandinavian wonder-workers to Ukraine as an ultimatum to the invaders! Source: Don’t ask…

EDIT: And do not underestimate the power of this war machine, the thing boasts a ”fuel cell” and a “foam surround” under the hood!

Turkish call the bird as "hindi"? Is this like you mean the bird (is thought to) come from India?

Funny thing, Egyptian and Levant Arabs call it Deek Rumi, which means "Roman rooster", and in Iraq they call it "Ali Shish" or "Alasheesh" and I don't know what those mean.

In Turkish Hindi = bird turkey. I am not sure it is also related to Hindistan = India
It is complicated, for Turkiye, India's name is like bird turkey, but for the rest of the world, Turkiye's name is bird turkey lol
So I assume maybe we first got bird turkey from India and europe got bird turkey from us.

Because of the resemblance,Turks called them Hindi kusu and later just Hindi.
In Capadocia and some places in east of the country they are called ''Culluk''.

The current Western liberal world is similar to the last days of the Roman and Ottoman empires..... a period where corruption is rampant, ethics is down the drain, normal laws are just thrown in the dustbin, and prostitution was everywhere
That is why I believe that the Western hegemony is on its path to doom and whats even worse is that we are having them as a role model for us to follow..... Sad times I swear😞

That is why I believe that the new world order will be spearheaded by China! They have been crushing LGBT communities, crushing rotten western beliefs such as freedom and same sex marriage etc....and have been passing laws to ensure that men stay men and women stay as women since this is how we were created and how God and nature intended for us to be
Yep and believe it or not but Turkey's military elite who were jailed by the FETO and AKP alliance were adamant on running the nation much like how China is run today. If you go back to the 80s and 90s, just look at how they enforced law and order. Kids were taught to be nationalistic and loyalty to the military and state was exceedingly high. Now, even the national oath which kids said everyday has been banned by Erdogan.

I know that both you and Ryder see religion as being important, but the Turkish nation has a very bad taste in its mouth from political Islam in the past 20 years. You know that the highest rate of students who are leaving Islam are from religious schools. And no, the majority of them aren't becoming atheist LGBT loving liberals. Deism, the belief that there is a god, but the rejection of religion is the most popular path they are taking. AKP and only AKP can be blamed for this.

And its funny how some of you think that religion is so important for a good fighting force. Just look at Ukrainians vs Syrians. A coherent sense of nationalism is much more important.

Everyday that passes, militarist Kemalism proves itself more and more worthy, as if CIA documents to uproot it wasn't enough.

Lot of fowls originate in India and East Indies...including jungle fowl (which has been domesticated over time as regular chicken).

These likely would have been traded a long time ago to establish origin based naming for these type of domestic birds etc.

It might be how it eventually got applied to a later guineafowl and then turkeyfowl itself....

In French, turkey is simply dinde which comes from D'Inde (from india) as well....even though the actual species originates in North America.

We literally call coconut in Turkish as Hindistan cevizi which translates to Indian walnuts.

You hear or read words that make no sense… You ask for an explanation and get no answer, because the guy;

a) … thinks he is beyond evolution and does not bother answering,
b) … knows NO SHIT whatsoever about what he is saying,
c) … thinks he will get away with that,
d) … is just trying to be funny…

But some are sincere, they have got no answers:

Greek Prime Minister Mitsotakis said that in a possible crisis or conflict between Turkey and Greece, NATO countries would support Greece and Turkey should not be surprised by this.

"Turkey should know that it will pay a heavy price in any negative situation. Our army is always ready." -Greece Minister of Defence

What's wrong with those Sirtakis? 24/7 Türkiye as main topic. Their prime ministers is visiting other countries and talking about us, uses the Russian-Ukrainian conflict as stage in the global media and talks about us.

Not that they end up as pawns again like 100 years ago.
