There may be South African ones though! ;)
True, Denel is barely functioning and lost many of their engineers to UAE and other South African companies though.

UAE is direct hiring engineers instead of the old way of contracting Denel to do work on missiles. Many of EDGE products probably involve IP theft unfortunately.

These guys and ladies have decades of experience and are near retirement so I guess they dont really care who they work for right?

Take for instance the Skyknight missile, it is based off the Cheetah CRAM but according to this Defense analyst it is not the same missile just some the same team.

It is not really hard to tell those people were convinced by money,
Especially after Denel has gone in financial trouble, so their decision was more money oriented as they have seen the decline in their country.
Denel has been in trouble ever since, this is not happening in last years just deepening.
Those are only few who has been to UAE, there are others who has been transferred to the other countries (such as some in Europe)

I know several other people who does that regardless of the age or experience. Not just UAE some other relatively rich countries known to convince people who takes part in critical projects, or in this case entire team was transferred from Denel.

Retirement can't explain an entire team from technicians, engineers, project managers are being transferred.

Denel didn't sell any IP rights, which i again doubt, but somehow these rights were transferred by people. This is another way which works too. You don't buy a product but you buy the person who develops it, then it becomes yours.

No UAE exhibitors as I thought.
Well, up to them.

To be honest if the Ruskies want to take out any Ukranian air power they could use ground and air launched cruise missiles and be done with the matter in a few days.

I agree with you but with a little remark that uavs can sustain their flights up to 24 -48 hours so in any cruise missle attack to their airfield bases, some of them can be saved but at the end they can not survive because they need landing, but kamikaze drone based vehicles can not be detected easily so they have more potential than classic male or hale uavs in terms of strike power.Nevertheless uavs or recce mission planes are very important for reconnicance missions

45 kişi gitmişler sadece ikisi yurda geri dönmüş :)

.
Damn they have even received a gray passport for government services, this wasn't given to post-graduate students in universities who goes to abroad with Tubitak or MEB scholarships. While it is only given to academicians who is going to conferences and again with limited terms " like only valid a week before conference ,and a week after conference"
What is worse, people given gray passport becomes immigrants, it is not a good sign. Even to get one passport like this an academician or a government officer needs approval from his own dept. and then institution and then a ministry.
And with other scholarships they force you to find 2 non-family guarantors and make you sign a bill the exact amount paid for the scholarship + interest, again a gray passport is not issued ven if you are an academician of government service officer.

I smell something from fetto.
