They are too lenient man. This is utter ridiculous!!
the formula is something like this
laik people ( kafir ) = even if they are innocent, on the slightest excuse keep'em in prison !
islamist ( müslüman ) = free them even if the blow up Istanbul airport or illegally married 6 years old girl or kill a motorcycle courier on camera
this is a form of unofficial sharia law where Muslims and none Muslims are not judged equality but rather differently hence islami adalet
same goes in economy and hiring if you are müslüman then you get hired in easy high paying governmental job along with PKK terrorist if you are kafir then good luck finding even low paying job in shrinking privet sector ! this is by designed to prevent laik people to be able to form family. this is the situation since 2015 now the economy is so screw up that even the müslüman people are complaining.

Terrorists aren't programmed this way, even if you gave them what they demand, they'd still find any excuse to keep doing what they do.
No lessons were learned from the first "acilim" debacle.
Best way to deal with them is either a "no prisoners" approach, or to be lobotomised as soon as they're captured so can be used to clean the streets or something, after serving their sentences.
