According to a news report published on December 9, 2021, When the MoU was signed, Bangladesh also sealed a $1 billion arms deal with Turkey. Previously Bangladesh signed a similar contract with Russia in 2013.

330 BTR-80, 1200 Metis-M1, 16 Yak-130 (24 was planned), Mi series helicopters, PP-91 pontoon bridge. According to Daily Prothom Alo, there were also air defense system, BTR-80K, Kornet ATGM, MTU-90 bridge layer, Gamma-DE and Kasta-2E2 radar in the list but doesn't look like we got them. Original idea was to buy Su-30 with almost $1 billion credit but later equipment were listed for army and BAF. According to BD Military army also wanted Tigr armored vehicle fitted with Kornet but Russia didn't "approve".

From here we can deduce that, the platforms are handled in a separate contract. LPC bidding possibly won by the Turkish shipyards (TAIS) that is not a G2G contract, OPVs for CG and Navy are handled with a separate G2G contract without a bidding process.
This is enormous if it happens, we are at the moment looking at a volume of ~$2.5B in sum.
