Look like HAL has so many program and also huge order from Air Force for 83 Tejas Mark 1. How many workforce this company has ?

These programs are not by HAL. All the development work is done by ADA and other DRDO research arms while HAL is responsible for manufacturing and assembling. HAL has around 27k employees as of 2020. Now that most sub-assemblies are being outsourced to private Indian firms, HAL kinda acts as the final integrator

Both TEDBF and AMCA showcased in this fair are single seater while LCA and MWF are dual seater. Given the whole complexity of CATS, I believe we should have dual seaters to control the loyal wingman, drone swarms and all associated systems
Wasn't the MWF model shown single seater? For tedbf and amca i think ADA , DRDO might be expecting the AI to cover up any gaps left due to an abscene of wso. I mean there was some excercise by USAF where AI defeated pilots in dogfights.

DRDO-IAF deliberates development of Next Generation Close Combat Missile (NGCCM) for 5th Gen fighter jets.

Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) and its associate Labs along with Indian Air Force (IAF) have started deliberation on the development of Next Generation Close Combat Missile (NGCCM) for Air force fighter jet fleet while IAF decides to arm its entire fleet with MBDA developed Advanced Short Range Air-to-Air Missile (ASRAAM).
Sources close to idrw.org have indicated that this will be a completely new program to develop an advanced imaging infrared seeker based short-range air to air missile for upcoming 5th generation fighter jets like AMCA Mk1 and 5.5gen fighter jets like AMCA Mk2 and once specifications and air staff requirements are fixed it will reach out to the government for funds.
NGCCM might take 7-10 years to complete its developmental and testing trials before it enters production and DRDO and its labs will be tasked to develop two or three variants of different advanced imaging infrared seeker which can see well beyond the distance it can travel. NGCCM will have Lock-on-after-launch capability and Lock-on-before-launch capability along with two way data-link for increased engagement zone.
NGCCM will be able to be carried internally on weapons bays of the AMCA Mk1 and Mk2 and might also get special paint coatings for wingtip pylons deployment to reduce its radar cross-section for stealth fighter jets.
DRDO is also developing Astra BVRAAM based advanced imaging infrared seeker based on IAF feedback to have Two variants of the same missile but it won’t be Close Combat Air-to-Air missile due to which NGCCM development is been talked about. ASRAAM has been designated as the “new generation close combat missile” (NGCCM) by the Indian air force but the DRDO program might get new designation once the program is official.

After bagging a Rs 48,000 crore deal from the Indian Air Force to supply 83 Light Combat Aircraft (LCA) Tejas MK 1A, state-owned aerospace behemoth Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) Chairman and Managing Director R. Madhvan on Tuesday (2 February) exuded confidence of bagging 15 limited series production of Light Combat Helicopter (LCH) and request for quotation (RFQ) for the Hindustan Turbo Trainer-40 (HTT-40), an Indian training aircraft.
Responding to questions at the 13th edition of Aero Indian Show 2021 that was organised here, Madhavan said that the proposal for LCH procurement is expected go to the Cabinet committee of security soon and as far as HTT-40 is concerned, the RFQ is being vetted which should come through.
He added that HAL would be signing its agreement to manufacture Tejas MK 1 on Wednesday (3 February) and it would take nine years to complete the deal of supplying 83 aircraft.
"We need 36 months to roll out the first aircraft from the day of inking the pact (Wednesday)," he said.

Out of all these projects SWiFT is prolly fastest,lots of work going on for it.Except for the crappy stickers...it looks bawmbbbb
Recently fluidic thrust vectoring was developed by IITK,Fluidic TVC has advantage over normal thrust vectoring of IR stealth
