Why are you concentrating on a picture that is so bad, ther is no offical block3 going on. Block2 is the real deal, stop giving example off blury missile.

We made 2 big strategic mistakes .
1 - back in 2009 we buy just 30 f16 , now our airforce is weaker smaller than israeli , saudi and perhaps even greek or egyptian one , i cant take take this easy .
--- Back than we should buy 150 fighter jets 100 euros + 40 f16 .
2- We buy S400 SAM while we build our own Siper 1/2 just 4/5 years after
--- We should have buy Anti ballistic missiles in S400 place back in 2019 like S500 (if they sold it ) or Aster 30 1nt , Sm3 ,sm6 ??
(Does Turkiye have any strategic thinking ruling politican or whoever made those mistakes ??)

1. You confuse quality of technology and quality of airforce while Israel and Saudi have larger and more modern aircraft only the Israelis have tactical know how to conduct air operations we saw how the Saudi military with us help couldn’t defeat Yemen rebels in 2019
2. We didn’t buy anymore f16 and Eurofighter because our airforce intended to buy up to 120 f35 but we got removed in 2019
3. S500 wasn’t ready still isn’t french wouldn't sell us anything because of policy differences same with us and there was a dire need for long rang airdefence and siper went in to service last year also s400 in theory has anti bm capability and sm3/6 are shipbased systems
4. It was a combination of western powers not liking our foreign policy and unnecessary policies

Does Turkey even have the technology to make the Siper Block 3 travel at hypersonic speeds, like the SM3 and THAAD?

Both of those air defence systems travel at Mach 8 or higher. That said, THAAD appears to have the same range as the Siper Block 3 (180+ km), as it is stated to be approximately 200 km.

Siper Block 3 is a fully funded official project, but it is forbidden to share anything about it. Siper block 2 will be shown at IDEF, and more info will be released. It is too early for block 3.

This looks like block 1. Block 1 uses a semi trailer while block 2 uses a truck.
