A couple things stand out during what seem to be a regular patrol.
Check out the FSA flag on the Left which implies that this is in Syria.

- OTOKAR Cobra can Carry the Jammer system which is usually mounted on a BMC Kirpi I APC.
- Soldiers leave the hatch and front door open for whatever reason, might be to circulate air.
But that completely removes the mine resistance of the APC and then you don't really need an MRAP anymore.
