They can't. It's an official UN resolution published by the general assembly. What will they do? Claim that they never published it in the first place?

I personally expected they would -Canadians- at least wont be deceived by lobbying and would request some proofs for the claims in investigation. Everything apart, they could particularly limit use of their own Techs to the Azerbaijani armed forces if they suspected use of their tech was violating human rights.
If they did something as above,i would at least think they are not believing in non-sense Armenian claims -like TAF's UAVs are utilized in the war- and we could solely question their sensitivity about use of their equipment. However, sadly, looking at the result -which the officials have banned the export in light speed- it seems this was a work done by lobbying and not by a sane and objective investigation.

We also know how these sensitive government people again approve sale of the weapons to some other countries which actually conducts massacre scale violation of human rights. It is their own weapon, tech and i am aware we can not expect them to be objective on the matter, but at least they should have guts to tell " we are not selling you this, because it was used by your customers against some armed groups which is favored by strong people in our community ", instead of misguiding public opinion as if the ban is a result of TAF's involvement in Karabakh conflict.

It is basically a halt in export permit while the investigation is ongoing etc....enough pressure was applied to get that (ARM lobby + NDP)...but its not a conclusion of investigation itself (which continues)...who knows how long that goes, probably however long the conflict will end up being.

I am not surprised given current local political climate in Canada (more politically fragile than even the usual)...the govt will fold readily on relatively "easy" foreign policy issues...as it does not want to stir up too much extra drama inside (with its leftist political allies) and rather have narrative focused on corona recovery plan etc.

Yes, Azerbaijan soldiers just teleport to Armenian positions, I mean how do you think these Armenian positions are being captured?

Infantry support doesn't mean standing literally right beside the tank.

Again, its impossible to say under which conditions the tank was hit, judging by the speed, I would think they assumed they were moving through safe territory, but were ambushed.

When Baykar complete new production facility, The institute will be able to reach following figures in production;

46 TB-2/ year
24 Akinci/year
36 MIUS unmanned stealth fighter jet/year

There is precedent for this also. Canadians cried during operation spring shield but when it all settled, they started exporting again.
Anyways the bottom line is a leading drone power and tactics developer needs its own FLIR on his own drone. Its unbelievable how complacent we are and only wake up when someone slaps us. CATS and DASS should have been ready by now.

I was talking about calling Armenia an artificial state .Moving the discussion to Homo Erectus and what not doesn't change the fact that Nagorno Karabach was actually a gift from Stalin and Armenians were there a couple of thousand years before Turkic arrival. Hating on Armenians for clinging to their ancestral lands is a Turkic nationalistic knee jerk reaction but don't act surprised that most of the Western world,which is educated, actually knows the history of the region and, naturally, sympathises with the Armenians. That's all.

And the so called so called educated western or European are the greatest occupier and mass murderer. So, do us a favour and dont give us lesson in history or humanity.
