the russians are playing around trying to create facts on the ground before the talks even begin.

At the moment the Azeris don't hold any road leading to Susha anyway. I think in the original agreement a new road bypassing Susha will be made. I can't see a way that they can access Susha without using at least some part of the M12 road. Perhaps they will make some new road (may involve a bridge due to topography) from Susakend/Shosh to Susha but at the moment we don't know who will get that town and also the road leading to the town from Qirmizi Bazaar/Karmir Shuka. This must have been agreed before, we just don't have the details. The Russian released map does not show enough close detail for this.

Interesting. This morning LiveUmap had only the corridor to Khankendi, now they are showing it to Khojavend. It could means that area under will go to Azeris.

It is too early to draw such a conclusion. I do however agree that the Russian peacekeeping force should've been prohibited heavy weapons in Karabag.
