There are thousands of great channels. So try to be picky. And specify the channel's area of interest, if possible.

The channel has the best 3D animations for explaining complex technologies. You can't imagine how good they are without watching one of their videos.
The Channel: Asianometry
The channel covers business, economics, tech, history etc. The videos are in-depth, well-researched, almost essay-like but without boring you down. You should definitely give this channel a try if you're fed up with the channels who make broad-sweep assertions with shallow understanding of the subject(almost all youtube, lol).
