Border Guard Bangladesh showcased the Alcotan-100 M2 shoulder-fired anti-tank weapon on BGB Day 2024. Originating in Spain, the Alcotan-100 is a recoilless and one-man portable system. This is a single-use, unguided system where the launching tube isn't reusable after firing.

However, the VOSEL firing control unit is reusable and can be used in other launchers. There are several types of munition, including HEAT, anti-bunker, dual-purpose (anti-tank and fragmentation), and multi-purpose, that can be used based on situation and demand.
