Who is the clown?

He is one of the loudmouth brigade that have no sense w.r.t shutting up (and staying away from politics, esp the geopolitical kind w.r.t countries we have no direct issue with) after retiring from military.

Similar to loudmouth brigade to our west.

The Major Gaurav Arya is another one.

Small part of the larger dreaded Goswami gang and co (that I don't even bother to click and watch for sake of my sanity and ears).....using the political -dweeb bullhorn with some khaki fatigues (asserting it buys credibility).

In fact I despise Indian media more broadly for the most part....there is very few choice people i follow and sub to on very specific matters mostly, thats about it.

Why they are given this soapbox and bullhorn is same disgusting story worldwide, because it riles up enough people that have too much time to waste....and tries to convert those that dont...to something of the first variant over time.

@Joe Shearer can probably explain more.

Former high ranking military staff tend to either be exceptionally rational thinkers or complete morons who should spend their elderly years fly fishing, not trying to dictate their nation's next major move...

For example in Turkey we have men like Cem Gürdeniz and Cihat Yaycı (architects of the Blue Homeland initiative)... Then we have others such as Adnan Tanrıverdi 😖I'm so glad he is no longer a presidential advisor.

Yup this is basically it...knowing what your actual expertise is and sticking to your lane (rather than crazed nut driving all over the place) after retirement.

i.e a basic sense of professionalism.

Some of our veterans are equally top class chaps on TV (mostly quiet and just come for an interview on something they can give insight or intuition to, or they are already part of a better defence think tank or advisory group to begin with and have no time and interest for media stuff )

They all know very well their uniform and service gets them huge kudos and automatic credibility (like anything where you put your life on the line for long bulk of your life for the country).... but how they decide to proceed from that (good or bad.......professional or toxic) that speaks to other parts of character...they are also diverse on it like rest of us.

I think this is part of that JNU arranged program (maybe an extended follow up or something) with the greek politicians etc...the one that got the country shape wrong for Turkey on the flyer (it was bulgaria lol):

Warmest greetings and wishes to everyone (Indians and well-wishers alike) on today's Republic Day 🇮🇳

JAI HIND.

Republic Day ceremony and parade will be broadcast live later in day:

The broadcast should archive as video too for post-watching. If not I will update it then.

We have many examples who are no different to this individual who apparently is way too emotional to be an expert on anything let alone any strategic matters.

The Pak-Turk alliance must've made them angry and emotional.
Such statements have become a normal thing we see too often unfortunately.
