Anka with sarper or milsar can also be used as marine survailance aircraft. so, it could be both.

6x Aksungur is a huge number. Turkic eagles will once again watch over Western Mediterranean. Excellent capability increase for Algeria and a good message to France!

The message was already made, Algeria made it plenty obvious that under the new administration the economic aspect will determine the nature of the relations, now since turkey is the country with the biggest investment they'll reap the benefits of that (and it's a win for Algeria too since turkey isn't particularly stingy with tech transfer and exchange of expertise).

Algeria should buy Atmaca coastal defence version.

From the president's speech they're more focused on naval and aeronautical technologies. Algeria and turkey have a long (and glorious) shared past regarding navy.
