I wish that there'd be a concise list of each export with UAV type, numbers sold, and dates.
for the undisclosed countries, the entries should say e.g. "Country in Africa I" "Country in Central America II" etc.
It should include engine and E/O preferences and the total cost of each deal and whether ordnance and training were included or not.

I was about to make something like that but I got busy for a while and lost track altogether.
Maybe @Zafer can help?
Keeping track of things is a lot of work, it should be done by some defence industry professional.

Prof. Dr. Haluk Görgün, President of Defense Industry:

“In 2024, our defense and aerospace industry exports, including NATO and service exports, reached 7.154 billion dollars with an increase of 29%, breaking a new record! This figure was 11% above our 2024 target of $6.5 billion."

Let's see if we can reach the 10 billion mark around 2025-26. It must speak volumes to be able to reach these levels at an early stage when mega projects like Kaan are still in the development phase.

Tanks, ships, helicopters and jets are the real deals.

This is what Turkey has to do, all the industrialized countries like Germany, Great Britain, France, Japan, China, USA & Co have only become successful because they have become an Export Country for Industrial, Chemical Goods, Military goods and Consumer Goods since the 60-70s.
I have never understood why the Turkish governments never had the industrial and political will to take this path before, they were asleep for decades.
With high-quality military goods, there is also an automatic transformation into civilian industry, which generates jobs, prosperity and stability.
Let it be machine parts, engines or entire plants for production processes for object XY as a country then goes from being a workbench (Turkey before) for others to an innovator.
You can think what you want about the current government, but there has never been a government before that has pushed through such blatant changes in industry, infrastructure and mega projects such as Istanbul Airport, Istanbul Sea Canal, Turkish Airlines as a global brand as it has now and it will continue with new military technology and exports.
Then hopefully the civilian industry will also come into play for Turkish products as a seal of quality Made in Turkey.

Bangladesh is reportedly in talks with the Turkish company Otokar for the purchase of 26 light tanks to strengthen its armored units. Accordingly, deliveries are planned to be made in 2025.

The Bangladesh army needs armored vehicles that are compatible with terrain conditions, have high mobility and effective firepower. Light tanks, which stand out with their fast maneuverability and low weight, and vehicles suitable for the region's heavy rainfall and rugged geography, respond to these needs. This purchase by Bangladesh is considered as a step that will both increase its defense power and increase its deterrence capacity in the region.

Altay, the main battle tank developed by the Turkish Defense Industry, is said to be unsuitable for Bangladesh, considering its weight of approximately 65 tons and its terrain. The Arma 8x8 vehicle, which weighs about 19 tons, is also not preferred because it is wheeled.

Otokar's Tulpar light tank draws attention with its advanced technology and high mobility.

It has a low weight that provides high mobility in difficult terrain conditions. With its 105 millimeter cannon and modern fire control system, it offers effective attack and defense capability. It can perform missions with its armor system that can be changed according to the terrain and threat level. With its diesel engine and advanced suspension system, it has the ability to move in all terrain conditions. It provides advantages in the field with its advanced communication, target detection and tracking systems.

Bangladesh is reportedly interested in the integration of the 120-millimeter Hitfact Mk2 turret produced by the Italian company Leonardo into the TULPAR armored vehicle.

With this integration, TULPAR combines high mobility and superior protection features with the high firepower of HITFACT.

The TULPAR light tank is equipped with a 720 horsepower engine and steel tracks with rubber bumpers.

Presumably the Siper and other subsystems were established near Damascus to protect Syria from Israeli attacks, and a statement was recently made that such a measure would be taken.

The interesting thing is that while Turkey needs at least 10 batteries of Siper, we installed them in another country. Do we have more Siper than we think?

Or, we might've concluded that our needs are not deadly urgent as of this moment and having them in another country could have been seen as a good business opportunity. US and European system and missile production is pretty much tied up as they have to supply Ukraine and replenish their own. We might be trying to strike while the iron is hot, so to speak, and take advantage of the situation.

I'd like to see a graphic on how the order book is developing per year.
European countries will spend a lot more on defense in the upcoming years, not all of our products will be ready for the upcoming boom phase but still great successes still ahead.

They will spend a lot, but get very little because they are stuck in their public tender rules and other dumb regulations.

Denmark kan spend 40 billion usd over 10 year on it's armed forces, but will get less than they could if they ordered from SK.

Institutionalized corruption is what it is...

Even a small part of the cake is still cake.
Besides I dont expect Denmark to ever buy something Turkish. But the Eastern Europeans are our ICP Ideal Customer Profile.
