What do you mean? Its not a bad design overall, and quite similar to many Man in the loop weapons like AGM-84H, Delilah. In fact it was to be trusted for use as a nuclear weapons delivery platform in the 80s and 90s.

Denel failed because the black supremacist ANC doesn't know how to run the goverment and is corrupt to the bone.

Well, that was the result not the cause. Denel Dyanmics can't pay salaries so many went to Halcon, and other South Arican companies that work with Halcon as a contractor like Incomar. If UAE didn't scoop them up they would still be gone, they weren't receiving salaries.

If the Guptas, and Jacob Zuma hadn't f*cked over Denel they would probably be capable of making even 1 missile but they have lost entire teams already. They couldn't even get a loan to make Egypt Umkhonto-R missiles from the local banks which likely would have saved them from going under.

In fact, I just checked Linkedin and see almost nothing on both of those companies connected to former Denel employees.
