China's Tiangong space station is now ready to welcome three astronauts. But what should they expect? What are they going to eat? Can they work out in space? CGTN's Wang Mangmang paid a special visit to find out.

由于“天宫”先行，为保持食物新鲜，航天员的食物是由“神十一”携带升空的，饮用水、氧气则是“天宫”储备。
核心舱提供了 3 倍于天宫二号空间实验室的航天员活动空间，配备了 3 个独立卧室和 1 个卫生间。航天食品方面，配置了 120 余种营养均衡、品种丰富、口感良好、长保质期的航天食品。就餐区域配置了食品加热、冷藏及饮水设备。每个人都能够在一个 " 包裹式淋浴间 " 里，手持喷枪，把自己擦拭干净，最大程度上解决了个人卫生问题。
Inside the station is equipped with all modern convenient facilities. Drinking water was delivered by the cargo ship which was launched and docked with the station before the manned mission. astronauts also can take showers with specially designed shower room to keep their personal hygiene.
