3D radars measure velocity, height, and range whereas the older Egyptian 2D radar only measure velocity and range.

Well apart of radar tech allows production of ammunition of Anti ship missiles, air to air missiles, surface to air missiles, anti-radiation missiles, etc.

I think he was referring to bulk production which I do believe Egypt has that on the side and the bulk production factories are only activated during conflicts not in peace times
