Arrival of 2 Akinci drones in Somalia and the pro-Turkey defence minister has been sacked.
The timeline is interesting here. Turkey did not sell any gear to Somalia for over a year plus and the second a sale was approved, the defence minister was immediately replaced. He was also repositioned to the Ministry of Ports, a role that will have lots of contact with the Turks once the naval deal is implemented.
UAE's president also immediately called Villa Somalia once the drones landed and their foreign minister came to Mogadishu on an unplanned visit the next day.
Seems like there's lots of events down the pipeline for Somalia in these upcoming weeks. Let's see.

Once Somalia clears out al Shabab they are going to take back Somaliland and get rid of separatism in the country.
Usa does not want a strong Somalia because it wants to send all Palestinians to Somaliland.
Somaliland is basically doing whatever it can to get recognised by the usa by being their b*tch.
Somalis have their own "Kurdish" problem but its much worse Somalia basically fractured into different states, factions along with terrorist groups.
It will take a while I but do have a feeling Somalia will get there towards peace and a united country.
