This war wont occur today not in this decade at least.Time is on our side we will wait and develop our defence industry further thats exactly why they want to trigger this war early.This war's timeline will be between 2030-2040 perhaps not even will be fought if we managed to develop certain weapon.

These events exactly why i am againts cutting relations with Russia for the sake of Ukraine.There must be always an open door left with Russians just in case THEY decided to escalate even further.We will postpone this war as much as possible but THEY may decide to start it early regardless.After all its in their interest this war start as soon as possible so THEY can sanction Turkiye like Russia and prevent its further development.

Greeks took Izmir from the Ottoman Empire after ww1 as the British and French gave the green light for the Greeks to invade the crippled empire.

Ottomans barely had any soldiers apart from militias guards so they got swept away at ease by the Greek army.

Allies of ww1 dismantled the Ottoman armed forces. From the army, airforce and the navy.

Allies actually did forget one thing they could not disarm everybody as the Ottoman army was still intact the black sea, eastern Turkiye and the caucasus along with the middle east. Empire was crippled but still had some of its fighting force left which allowed the Turkish army to be formed.

Im not talking about Vahdettin. Turkish army is the successor to the Ottoman army. Former Ottoman officers are ones who formed the Turkish army.

Nothing wrong in crediting the Ottomans themselves. Im not credting the royal family or the sultan.

Vahdettin already ran a dead empire no matter what he tried the empire was already dead. Sad story is he never grabbed a gun rallied the people to fight against the invaders while he chose the easy way out of surrendering and giving all the affairs to his Traitorous damat while the Istanbul government fought against the Ankara government while at the same time they back the Greeks invading.

Good thing the Vahdettins army the Caliphate army was in small numbers while most already defected to the Turkish army. Just a proxy army by the British trying to prop the dead Ottoman government that was already their puppet.

I can mention many wrongs with Vahdettin but he did rule an empire that was already crippled and dead.

When we learn history we all look at different sides and try not to create myths or fit our biasness. Thats the problem with Turkish politics or even politicians they manipulate history to fit their bias which is stupid.

Our history should never be treated like a football team. I see lots of disrespect towards the Seljuks, Ottomans and Ataturk. People dont have to be forced to like them or love them but people should respect them and recognise their good instead of insulting them with petty words.

Afterall it is our history. We should respect them all.
