Qatar has stationed some fighter jets in Turkey. A war is not stoppable from now on. 50 years of differences and aggression will come to a final end.

Is Turkey demands or not the implementation of the rules of International Law ?
Its obviously not, otherwise it would have signed it. A lot of countries refrained from signing different conventions when it was against their interests, Turkey is no exception here.
Greece can insist on 12nmi if it wants to but it has no meaning as long as the opposite is not a signatory.

Of course Turkey demands, more recently in the letter to the UN was clear about that.....

International Law is not only UNCLOS but also the and the decisions of the International Courts of Justice.

Turkey does not recognize this either, so it IS FALSE when it talks about International Law, it is LIE rudely and they have taken it for granted.

So?
Do you expect Qatari planes to save you in the event of a war?
Obviously through your neo-Ottoman imperialism you expected an alliance of Muslim states against ..... Greece.

Saving against whom?
Do you think France or Haftar or any other will save you from us?

Nope, Greece doesnt have problems with these States, Turkey is the troublemaker of the region.
Yes, we are troublemakers. We will not bow any longer the tyranny of Wests. You talk about troublemakers and searching to ally with dictators like Haftar, al-Sisi and client of killers (Saudi Arabia Prince). Do you really think you can fool anybody here. Or any of your “allies”? They know who you are. What you are. Your allies follow their own agendas. Stop bagging other countries to help you. Like you did in the past (during economy crisis). None can save you. You are alone.

I close the pointless conversation with that:
There are two International Courts and one independent dispute settlement body that work the auspices of the United Nations and can solve peacefully the Greek-Turkish issues:
  • the International Court of Justice, based in The Hague, the Netherlands
  • the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea, based in Hamburg, Germany
  • the Permanent Court of Arbitration, based in The Hague
Turkey doesnt' want these solutions.

So why you bring me the argument of the Qatari airplanes?
Actually we know that your F16 have Pakistani pilots.
And you have even not the money to hire any pilots or planes. You are a damn broke nation.
National debt to GDP - 210%
Greece external debt to GDP- $ 630 billion
Greece private debt to GDP - 140%

International law is a broad term, you are only obligated to follow those that you ratified, everything else is subject to bilateral agreements.

Why Turkey avoid to sign UNCLOS ?
Because UNCLOS is clear: islands have EEZ as clearly showing in the below article.

One of the main arguments of Turkey in order to justify its aggression, provocations and piracy in the Eastern Mediterranean is its claim that it has the largest coastline in the region.
This is undoubtedly one of the most spread fake news by Turkey, with which it tries to convince the international public that Greece is violating its sovereign rights in the East Mediterranean despite having the largest coastline in the East Mediterranean.
According to the several sources (CIA’s “The World Factbook, wordatlas, mappr, etc)...... Greece has 13,676 km and Turkey has nearly half of that as Greece, with only 7,200 km.
