The procedures for the Confidence Building Measures continue, the meetings will take place, the communication channel will remain - it must remain - open. I insist, however, that this whole initiative becomes ineffective when it is accompanied by ongoing Turkish delinquent behaviors (such as overflights) that nullify its purpose and spirit, namely the rapprochement of the two sides. If Turkey has honest and good intentions, it should change its behavior.

In addition, I estimate that they are hiding some irritation due to the successful moves of our country in the field of building and strengthening alliances in the region, but also due to our intensive effort to upgrade the capabilities of the Armed Forces in the field of Armaments.

He described Erdogan’s comments as “propaganda and false allegations” that cannot not disguise “Turkey’s intent to instrumentalize refugees.”
On Wednesday, Migration Minister Notis Mitarakis dismissed as “false propaganda” a Turkish government minister’s claim that 12 migrants who froze to death near the Turkish-Greek border had been sent back across the frontier without shoes by Greek guards.
He also accused Turkey of failing to prevent migrants from approaching the border area and undertaking “these dangerous journeys.”

Dude, stop your stupid racism. It's politics that divides Turkey and Greece and nothing more. Once the issue between the two nations is solved, both countries will become besties. I assure you this.
Don't you understand, that's exactly what i'm trying to say. We could have a better relation, no need to be hostile for something little as a eez dispute. But Greeks' non-stop fearmongering prevent that and amplify the problem. We don't want to be hostile to Greece, but Greece's non-stop obsession with Turkey don't allow friendlier relationship. How can you be friends with people when they think and discuss day and night that Turks want to invade them and slaughter them? This silly villainous image of Turks ingrained in Greeks' mind ruin everything. Every year over a million Turks visit Greece, they love the country and the people, they contribute to Greek economy and Greeks still think Turks want to kill them.
There won't be a solution as long as Greeks don't get rid of the negative image of Turks.

The answer, of course, was given by the Greek Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Mr Papaioannou, where, among other things, he points out that the answers have been given to the UN, always based on international law, something that Turkey deliberately ignores.
In a short time I will post why Turkey is lying and that its purpose is the conquest of Greek territory within the framework of the Mavi Vatan doctrine.

Think about this, the strongest country of Europe from 1934 till 1945, attacked all our neighbours and invaded surrounding countries, but didnt fire a single bullet to us.
So, imagine what Greece's fate will be if they think they can extend the 6 to 12 mile option.
Turkey neither bent the knee, nor fully supported any side during WW2 period. Turkey's only concern was staying out of war, so that's what Turkey did.
