The environmental organization Greenpeace arrived today without authorization on the apron of Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG) to paint a parked Air France Boeing 777 green.

The activists call their action “greenwashing”. On Twitter, Greenpeace reported: "While the world is demanding a reduction in air traffic, Jean-Baptiste Djebbari (French Transport Minister) still thinks a green plane will be enough,"

During the corona crisis, France presented a series of investments, mainly in hydrogen energy, to create a “green plane” by 2035. But for Greenpeace it is too little and too late. "The climate crisis is now on the cards, and it is now that the various sectors must reduce their emissions to avoid further problems,"
