The environmental organization Greenpeace arrived today without authorization on the apron of Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG) to paint a parked Air France Boeing 777 green.
The activists call their action “greenwashing”. On Twitter, Greenpeace reported: "While the world is demanding a reduction in air traffic, Jean-Baptiste Djebbari (French Transport Minister) still thinks a green plane will be enough,"
During the corona crisis, France presented a series of investments, mainly in hydrogen energy, to create a “green plane” by 2035. But for Greenpeace it is too little and too late.
