F35 is created for the next generation Air Force who already Transformed their own combat capability by integrating their C4ISR infrastructure and emulated network centric warfare into their nodes system'.

Well ofcourse(?), aren't Mirages intended to be fill in the gap for upgrade program for existing bird, whilst the transition thing is only an extra role of that aircraft.
