Is it ok and acceptable if we change TNI AU roundels into black and white one just like USAF?

US Army also use black and white / monochrome color for their flag patches as for us we use the original red and white that is very visible, but in here this kind of thing is too sensitive to be touched upon.

The roundel with only white, is it the new design adopted or just another variant? Are we gonna drop the red and white roundel?
It is also used in the newly upgraded F-16.
