With the introduction of F-35B everyone start planning to go smaller, ie the US Navy new doctrine (Future Carrier 2030) contend that smaller carrier will be the future. It reduced risk and more ships/carrier can be built due to lower cost.

TNI-AL could leapfrog into this doctrine, and build its first carrier with half the cost of existing/available carrier (ie Charles De Gaulle etc). And most importantly, it is affordable for our budget.

The real big rafale con for me is No JHMCS, They said gonna implement it to F4 but we don't they gonna do it for real or not.

India use Elbit JHMCS btw. I hope that's mean MICA is compatible with JHMCS.
