Radar Surveillance
The Indonesian Army has succeeded in developing Surveillance Radar with the capability to detect unmanned aircraft, helicopters and fighter aircraft.
Development carried out since 2017 by Pussenarhanud in collaboration with PT Radar Telekomunikasi Indonesia (RTI), has resulted in a radar that can reach a radius of 100 km and detect 30 targets at an altitude of 8 km.
This radar, which has a TKDN above 60 percent, is also integrated with the S-60 57 mm Cannon Fire Control Equipment (AKT), so it is hoped that it will produce a defense combination between the Surveillance Radar and the 57 mm Cannon.
