hey there, try to look up, what do you see there? What, it's the ceiling? Well try to go out and look up into the night sky. Still don't see any? Well, use some Augmented Reality satellite tracker app on your phone and see it yourself. There are plenty of comm satellite already crowding the 0° latitude to the point any new one need to be put at 1° latitude (even that is getting crowded).

If one do need comm satellite for whatever purpose, just pick any of those available and lease their transponder. The whole notion of using commercial comm sat being "unsecure" is just a narrative for lucrative contract (corruption)
Whatever the hell f*cking works, then. Point is it needs to be done and should have already been done.

Is it possible to design the coast guard ship like the icebreaker ship? So it can ram everything in its way. Just enough weapon but more ram power.
no need for icebreaker , if we want to do a "bumper cars" maneuver with other coast guard , we could try imitate the way singapore or korean coast guard installed an integrated ship fender on their patrol vessels hull .

Will PAL "mutant" Iver be fitted with Grand Kronos AESA?

Dude , chills up a bit will you .... they haven't even submitted their new design revison as yet !!

We could only hope that would be some sensor and radar standarisation in the upcoming design .

and i also think that this features should be "wajib" exists in any of our patrol vessel, strengthen hull can withstand some damage, and if unstrengthen-hull ship doing some police chase and some bumping over, so there are no wonder if after that the ship will having some damage over it's hull, and in some cases the damages is so great that they are unable to maintain the ship

one good case of ship ramming another ship
