Indonesian Navy Plans to Send KRI Brawijaya-320 for 2025 Russian Navy Parade

:)
Soo.., they planned the first PPA, i believe it will be KRI Brawijaya-320, she will have to leave Italy by the end of April or early of May, then arriving at Indonesia, (either Batam, Jakarta, or Surabaya, but i believe it will be Jakarta, since they will have the presidential tour or smthng) by the end of May, since it took 25-30 days voyage from Italy to Indonesia.

Next, she will be in Indonesia for only 3 weeks or so, doing some formal ceremony, hosting a tour, maybe doing some light training, and then replenishment before doing her first formal mission to Russia

My guess is She will be leaving Indonesia by the third week of June, heading west, right to St. Petersburg, Russia through Suez canal, the journey took about 30 - 40 days on sea, including some transit and replenishment to friendly country ( usually to Jeddah and Port Said, and the maybe to Toulon - Marseille, France).

And if went well, She'll get home to Indonesia by the early of September

Such a long voyage for some formalities

Well, i just hoped that such a long voyage won't become a long wasted of time

Might be great if when she comes to Russia not only for parade, but also doing some meaningful naval exercise.

Or maybe i hoped on her way back, she could join NATO naval exercise or something..

Actually it's ok from my opinion, because we never patrol outside Indonesia territory...
so just to get more international experience, we need go show to other country to parade or exercise like RIMPAC or others ...

I am a little doubtful about the effectiveness of the UN force in its mission, as we saw in Lebanon not long ago.

How long is the UN force needed as an interim force there? As the name interim, it is only temporary, if the assisted country is not also stable and independent of its armed forces then the UN must have another way not only to send dozens of groups of peacekeepers right?

This also affect in the country that sends its ship or other weapons becoming less capable in domestic defense matters.
