Something that I noticed about the Bavar-373 is that there seems to be currently at least 2 different missile launchers with and without illuminating radar. The Bavar-373 that we have seen unveiled in august 2019 had two radars, one for acquisition and the other for engagement. It seems that the recent exercise a new radar was tested, this time with the radar being on the TEL, thus making it a TELAR like the S-300V.
Standard Bavar-373 is comparable to S-300PMU-2 and S-400, and the newer one with TELAR is comparable to S-300V. The TEL has been changed from a 5 axle, 10 wheeled platform to a standard and unified 4 axle, 8 wheeled platform with these newer platforms 'all fitted for but not with' the illuminating radar.
