You are right, carrier air wing does not necessarily carry 90 aircraft.
But I think overall readiness of USN aircrafts is around 70-75%.
60% is for the F-35s. (While 53% for F-35B only)

Depends on the composition of the CSG and its CVW. Marine attack squadrons make up land based MAG Marine Aviation Groups but when deployed to carriers act as part of CVWs.
Ford’s CVW should be CVW 8 i think. I don’t know if any VMFAs are currently part of it.
Per USMC, they also have Marine Expeditionary Brigades or MEBs. When deployed Marina aviation groups and their fighters can also be embedded with those.
It’s damn complicated for my non navy ass.
Talking about US power projection in MENA, one should also consider land based aircraft deployed to Incirlik(tankers), Jordan, Qatar, Israel, UAE and Saudi. There are no less than 200 American fighters currently in the region. F-15s, F-16s, E-F/A-18s, F-22s and F-35s.

Okay, so here is the thing.
What makes Hamas different than ISIS or Al qaida is that, the other terror groups like to brag about killing/blowing up civilians/infidels and like to take the credits for it. (Even sometimes when they are not the ones who did it)
But until now, Hamas is strongly denying the allegation of deliberate targeting of civilians at operational level and sticking with the narrative that it was a military operation on military objectives.
But what makes it difficult to sell is the fact that, the numbers of Civilian casualties far exceeded the numbers of IDF casualties.

neither the USA or the regime they put in place to rule over Iran are truly in conflict. The conflict exists to destabilise the Muslim world and give Isreal excuse and legitimacy to expand. rinse and repeat. 99% of the people Iran has murdered has been Muslims, meanwhile no other nation screams "muh zionism" as much as the made in france mullah regime.
think about it, everything that is taking place in the middle east the Muslims are losing from it.
The americans gave Turkiye her islamist regime too.
