That's why everyone who is against Atatürk in Türkiye is a traitor in my eyes.

Can you imagine just to visit Istanbul you will have to go through checkpoints then get harassed while having your homes demolished or bulldozed.

Man its really humilating.

A lot of Turks especially today in particular dont realise this if we lost.

People should be thankful we had a charismatic leader like Ataturk that lead us to victory.

Bet IDF diversion for already depleted Hamas to go to the north, like Schwarzkopf’s tried to make Iraqi forces believe that start of coalition invasion would be amphibious, rather than from South of Kuwait initially.

Pretty sure that IDF would try to take Southern part of Gaza at the early stage. For the sake of humanitarian corridor, cut Hamas (with its tunnels) from/to Egypt and the areas relatively less dense, very good for staging ground. Then push Hamas to the center of Gaza city from all direction, Battle of Mosul “Old City” thingy, when buildings of one block became 1 big building lol, different buildings interconnected by making holes in the walls.
Well, stuppid move if israel still pushing to make ground attack, there are 2 millions people ready to became martyrs, and don't forget all of brothers arround the world will not sit watching their brothers beeing slaughtered by israeli, Although i have some different POV with @Gary, even this happen because of hamas stupidity, still in some, a lot ot them i believe, we in the same side. like my fellow countryman @Ravager said, The world will not become same again after this. majority of us just wait, conduct what Allah SWT said in Quran when we face problems, just sabr, in what hammas don't do.

I wonder who used Hamas. Israel? U.S.? England? Iran? China? Russia?

Did the terrorist organization called Hamas ask the Palestinian people when they were doing these things? You cannot decide on such an armed uprising, operations, plans and their consequences on your own. Representatives of the people, democracy, parliament...? But these things are far away from the Islamic world, especially the Arabs.

I think the Palestinians should go on a hunt for Hamas members and kill the ones they find.

Hamas must be held to account for all these deaths. They have dealt a major blow to their struggle with Israel and their statehood.

It always easy to talk something when we are safely confine in comforts and abundance . We are talking about an open air prison where who has the mightiest fist would do the talking there .. and Hamas got all the fist right now ...
Add that what the Hamas 's doing is basically expressing years of frustation and angst that the world never listened to ( not in the heathiest way i concurred ) but it's expressing their whole emotional frustration nonetheless ...
There is only so much build up without an explossion comes after it . It is as it is

Frustration and anger are not new. There has always been an existing struggle, conflicts and deaths. By doing this all of a sudden, Hamas is destroying all the gains, all the sympathy and all the path to statehood.

Now who has benefited from this? What do the Palestinian people get out of it? More death and destruction than ever before in history. They are being made unjust in their just struggle.

Don't just look at it from an emotional and Islamic point of view.

I visited the holy land a few times. Once in Hebron with my mother we came across a man selling souvenirs. My mother asked him how many children he had as there appeared to be a lot of children. His English wasn’t very good and he said something like he was married twice. My mother asked him if he had two wives. He said that his first wife had died and he remarried. So like most women my mother starts to dig further and asked him how his first wife died. He said that she was on the roof and was shot at by the IDF or settlers (I can’t remember which). She was pregnant at the time. She died but they managed to save the child. My mother was keen to know which child it was. We were told that the child was not in the country but sent abroad for an operation. He had had acid thrown in his face by the settlers and needed a specialist to save his sight. Imagine that.
Anyway, I remember that he had a large picture of Sadam Hussain in his living room. The truth is that these people are so oppressed and so helpless that they are grateful to anyone who gives them the slightest support no matter what their motive. I traveled extensively in that area and I believe that you can’t apply normal rules to these people. I write this with tears in my eyes for these brave people who haven’t had the luxury of normality.

If you find my answer was not to your satisfaction....i suggest you for asking them directly then .
Because the first question that comes to my mind is how in the hell this could be happening , who the master mind is and who is benefitting . And we stilll haven't got a clue after a week and hundreds of pages already.
Too many things simply don’t adds up . Only the aftermath and repercussions are permanent!
Think that for a second ... !!

Hamas must be held to account for all these deaths. They have dealt a major blow to their struggle with Israel and their statehood.
Israel created Hamas because Israel wanted to divide the Palestinians, Israel wanted a counterweight to Yasser Arafat's Fatah. At first I didn’t believe it when a Russian left-wing agitator, that is, a supporter of the democratic left of Palestine, reported this. And this morning this was reported by a resident of Israel Misha Shauli, who in the past, until 1999, worked as a representative of Israel in Russia.

Here Mark Solonin asks Misha Shauli that why not use the Estonian version:
1) That is, first offer the Palestinians the opportunity to go to other Arab countries, after giving them a lot of money.
2) If those leave, let those who remain adhere to Israeli rules and learn Hebrew.
Misha Shauli objects to him:
1) Arab countries have never accepted and will never accept Palestinians. Previously, in those Arab countries where Palestinians fled, they were kept in refugee camps and used for hard, dirty work.
2) If Israel unites with Palestine, then the share of Arab Palestinians will be 45% of the population. The Palestinian birth rate is very high and Jews will quickly become a minority and will choose to leave Israel. Previously, Fatah leader Yasser Arafat said that the main weapon of the Palestinians is not the Ak-47 assault rifle, but a women's body that increases the number of Palestinians. Mischa Shauleh says that the Palestinian Arabs, given a favorable environment and high-quality medicine, will sharply increase their numbers.

IMO it's no longer useful debating about what is right or wrong methods of struggle, two state solution etc.

What you should look forward to is to exact extreme pain to the Israeli people in the future, proportionate for the pain they exact to the Palestinians, or even better an incommensurable retaliation. and prepare for the eventuality both materially and morally.

It's a waste of time talking about laying down weapons and even "proposing" two state solution when you could just take all of it, expel the Israeli out once and for all and punish their population in the process just for the fun of it.

Hamas knows and has done their calculation, whatever comes out of it, then know that Hamas does this while the Arabs are busy fraternizing with the Israeli and abandoning them.

It's not the fault of Hamas, rather it's the fault of the likes of Bin Zayed, bin Salman and all those traitors that not only sell their kins but the sanctities of the third holliest land in Islam.

My cousin got back from Jerusalem he told me the situation was pretty awful for Palestinians.

They live in Slums and lot of their houses demolished.

Palestinians cant even visit al aqsa. Only tourists, kids and the elderly.

They also treat people differently when it comes to passports good thing he had an Australian passport.

The bastards have a blank cheque to shoot anybody. Sometimes the passports and citizenships stop them from doing what they do to Palestinians to other people who come to visit the holy city.

Please recall my precious comment in the future 😎

The two-headed Palestinian administration, with Hamas in Gaza and Mahmoud Abbas in East Jerusalem, is being eliminated.

Gaza administration will pass under the administration of Mahmoud Abbas. There will be a single Palestinian administration.

All extremists are in Gaza, now they will be cleared. Saudi Arabia was going to make peace with Israel, but this was put on hold after Hamas' terrorist attack on Israel. Hamas did this because it was left derelict.
Gulf Arabs no longer support fanatics. In fact, their real desire is to get rid of the fanatics who are so easily manipulated by Iran. They will completely remove Iran from Palestine and start a new era in Palestine.

After that, Saudi Arabia and other Arab countries will begin peace agreements with Israel. Gazans and radical Palestinians do not like Mahmoud Abbas at all, they accuse him of being a toy of the West.

The USA wants a government like Mahmoud Abbas to rule all of Palestine. This is the sole purpose of this war we are seeing.
Hamas and Iran created chaos because they realized that they were being eliminated, but the result was in vain.

Goodbye terrorist Hamas and Iran!!!
Welcome monocentric Palestine. Maybe after this war and when Hamas disappears, the Palestinian state could be recognized by the United Nations.

What did i tell you!!! Gazze and Palestine will be united under Mahmut Abbas!
HAMAS and Iran are being eliminated.
That's what USA and Gulf countries want before the peace agreement.

Sigh
Arent all the leaders of muslim countries either corrupt to the core or in pocket of someone else?
Why would that be any different with Palestinians?

A man has been charged with murder and hate crimes after allegedly stabbing a six-year-old boy to death because he was Muslim.

Joseph Czuba, 71, is accused of killing Wadea Al-Fayoume and seriously wounding his mother in Plainfield, Illinois.
The landlord allegedly targeted the pair, who were his tenants, because of their religion and the ongoing conflict between Hamas and Israel.

Note- i think there is a good chance of another Christchurch like shooting given how tense the atmosphere is.
