It seems to be a skirmish. Things may just get heated up even more.
The region is home to the country's largest oil field, Sharara.

In that area tribes are very influential. Let's see what are they going to say about that.

Tribes are a pain in the ass. Its really complicated to get their support.

Haftar thugs are really pushing the more they piss off the hornets nest that the consequences will be inevitable for them to avoid.

Tuaregs in the attacked area are shown with a blue zone on the map. The region is located 1000 km from Tripoli.

That movement in Sharara is possible connected in some way to that statement.

If Haftar makes a move I think that it will be his last one and this time if UAE moddles directly UAE will experience Turkish power first hand in a way that will leave heavy marks on their back accessories.
To be fair, the UAE has been asking for the Turkish fist for a while now.
Christmas is here now, so we should give them what they're asking for.

I swear to God if there is a country politics and elite that I hate the most I would say it is UAE's. I am normally a peaceful and warm person which is cool headed in control of himself away from feelings like hate but there are certain ethical, order and values issues that are making me change my attitude on 180o from "warm person" to the complete opposite and when that happens I am very determined and categorical in what I think and do. I hate the political elite of UAE. If by some chance the relations degrade to a level where UAE's political elite have to be punished by a Turkish fist I pray to Allah that I am somehow directly involved. When I see the name Muhammed Bin Zayed a famous Turkish principle which is given emphasis also by the Turkish Ministry of Defence is coming to my mind and it says:
"If I die I die as martyr and if I survive I live as ghazi" Both marks of honor!

With KSA turning it's back on UAE. Turkey could assault UAE from Qatar or liberate Socotra from Yemen.

UAE and Qatar booth are scared of a annexation from KSA they are literally dependant on foreign powers to protect their independence, Qatar choose USA and Turkey, UAE did USA and Israel.

KSA is patienly waiting for the oppotunity no matter how long it might take.
