You take things too literal sometimes. You present evidence supporting your claim. You talk with all the nations and have the diplomatics give feedback to FM with evaluation on how it went. Have the diplomats make statements in all those countries. Showing we’ve talked and proven our rightfulness.

Once you’ve informed everyone of our rights, you proceed with everything else. You exhaust every diplomatic channel in existence before you walk into a war!
